One,Appearance quality requirements
1. Appearance: vacuum bottles and emulsion caps should be complete, smooth and clean, free from cracks, burrs, deformation, oil stains and shrinkage, with clear and full thread; Vacuum bottle, emulsion bottle bottle body should be complete, smooth, clean, regular, smooth, full screw thread, no burr, hole, no obvious scar, stain, deformation, mold line no obvious dislocation. Transparent bottle should be transparent and clear.
2, cleanliness: internal and external clean, no free pollution, no ink stains pollution.
3. Outer packing: the cartons shall not be dirty or damaged. The cartons shall be lined with plastic protective bags. Each carton shall be packed in fixed quantity, sealed with adhesive tape in the shape of "work", and shall not be mixed. The factory inspection report form is attached to each shipment, and the contents such as name, specification, quantity, production date and manufacturer must be clearly discernible.
Two, surface treatment and graphic printing requirements
1. Color difference: uniform color, in accordance with the specified (gu ding) color or within the color plate sealing sample range (fan wei).
2. Surface adhesion: paint, electroplate, gilt and print the appearance of vacuum bottles and emulsion bottles. Use 3M810 to test the printing and gilt (silver) parts of the rubber belt cover and smooth them so that there are no bubbles in the cover parts.

Three,Product structure and combined installation requirements
1. Dimensional control: for all finished products assembled after cooling, the dimensional control shall be within the tolerance range and shall not affect the assembling function or hinder the packaging.
2, the outer cover and the inner cover should be assembled in place, no skew phenomenon or assembly is not in place.
3. The inner cover does not fall off when subjected to axial tension ≥30N.
4. The internal bottle and the external bottle should be clamped in place with appropriate degree of tightness; Assembly tension of the inner sleeve and outer bottle is ≥50N.
5. Inner and outer bottles shall not be combined with friction on the inner wall to prevent scratches.
6. The screw thread of cap and bottle body rotates smoothly without stuck.
7. Aluminum trioxide is assembled with the corresponding cap and bottle body by gluing, and the tension is ≥50N after 24H of dry consolidation.

3. Low-temperature test requirements: vacuum bottles and emulsion bottles filled with clear water (the particle size of insoluble matter should be no more than 0.002mm) shall be placed in the refrigerator at -10°C~-15°C, taken out after 24h, and recovered at room temperature for 2 hours. No rupture, deformation, discoloration, paste leakage, leakage and other phenomena shall be detected.
4. Requirements for high temperature test: vacuum bottles and emulsion bottles filled with clear water (the particle size of insoluble matter should be no more than 0.002mm) shall be placed in an incubator at +50°C±2°C, taken out after 24h, and recovered at room temperature for 2 hours. No rupture, deformation, discoloration, paste leakage, leakage and other phenomena shall be tested.

The test data must conform to the design requirements.
